What's in this web site?

Discussion and exercises on mathematical modeling of cellular processes:glycolysis, cell cycle and calcium dynamics.

The materials focus on simple kinetic reactions in commone biological topic areas.

Most exercises can be used with pen and paper or excel. Conceptual models in the website site were typically constructed using Stella.

Additional resources and reference materials are provided, or in development, for each section to help orient you and provide additional background information.

What do you need?

• Tools: Excel or Stella.
  Note: Beginning exercises for woking with kinetics were made with Stella in mind but can be run using Excel spreadsheets.

• Curiosity: Willingness to ask questions, if you are lost or the examples are not clear, please contact Raquell Holmes for additional help.
