Computational Cell Biology

Modeling for the cell biologist

Integrating Computational Biology in Undergraduate Education

New Book Available: A Cell Biologist's Guide to Modeling and Bioinformatics.

This web site introduces readers to basic practices of modeling and computational tools for cellular processes. The materials are meant to facilitate the integration of modeling in undergraduate biology curricula as well as serve as a primer for researchers new to modeling.

Getting Started: The examples used in these materials draw primarily on previously published results and freely available software.
